Outstanding food and great service. Not fancy but great smoked ribs, pork, chicken and prime ribs.

We loved Jim's food. However, we just drove by and it has gone out of business and is for sale.Sad day.

Great people and the food is top notch.

Bland, wet meat served on a large hot dog bun. Bottom of the bun was soggy within minutes. Sauce was generic, spicy sauce isn't. Pickle was good, far better than the sandwich. For $8, that's all you get.

Great sauce incredible baked potato cooked soft and not dry at all outstanding pork.Q-Tator was excellent and Chocolate Shop Ice Cream was wonderful.Service was not super fast but fits the atmosphere well.

The pulled pork is amazin and there's a large selection of ice cream (hand-scoop not soft serve). The staff were very friendly.

The food here is excellent. I always order a Q-Shack Tater and am never disappointed! Their coleslaw is also really good.

BEST BARBECUE I'VE EVER HAD!It was great! The best barbecue I've had by far! The people were very friendly and very helpful. I went here for my birthday, and they have me a free scoop of 'Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream' which was amazing! I had the baby back ribs and they were the best I've had! The barbecue sauce is amazing! The restaurant was very clean and the environment was great for all ages. I would recommend this place to anyone coming through!

The ribs and the prime rib sandwich were awesome! I was at a top rated BBQ place in St Louis MO. This place had better ribs by far. Fell off the bone! Great atmosphere and great people. My son picked it for his birthday meal and now all my kids want to go their for their birthday!

The food was delicious. If our bbq wasn't warmed up in a microwave in front of us it would be five stars.

Went here based on the reviews. Very disappointed. I was told my chicken would take six minutes. And that was six minutes to reheat it in the microwave. If it wasn’t for the barbecue sauce there was no flavor to the chicken. My husband ordered ribs which clearly we’re a few days old. Very dry. Not worth the price for what we were charged. Would not go back or recommend to anyone. We visited February 2019

Loved it! From pit master to pit master it was exactly as expected. Prices are exactly what you would pay in a BBQ joint. Loved the picnic tables and amazing sevice by the pit master himself! Could taste the smoke on the chicken as well as the pulled pork. Great smoke ring. Going to be a stop every time we make it back to Wisconsin Rapids.

Awesome food! I'm a big fan of the pulled pork nachos, but everything is good. Reasonable prices too.

The outside of this restaurant is slightly misleading as the food is great and the inside is clean. The service was quick and my food was tasty. My order was served without the sauce I asked for, but another employee quickly delivered some side sauce for me. The sauce here is awesome in my opinion. I would visit again. They have a drive-thru for those in a hurry.

The half slab of ribs with 2 sides was delicious and enough for 2 people, meaty ribs with nice smoky flavor, reasonably priced. The baked potatoes are big and delicious

Good fresh juicy pulled pork and beef barbecue sandwiches

Been going here whenever in town for over 10 years, or since it first was a shack at the gas station. Might not be fancy, but I love the BBQ pork sandwich - in fact only thing I get (well, maybe some ice cream). My wife has enjoyed the chicken in the past. As in the title, it is more of a shack vibe than a restaurant, so set expectations accordingly.
